Paul Tomline

Creative Director

As creative director, Paul is responsible for setting the agency’s overall vision and direction. Paul's skillset encompasses design, photography, image‑editing, publishing and print. His project management experience and relationships with W&R suppliers are key to delivering a perfect product on time and on budget. Paul has been engaged in the world of the UHNW for over a decade and has produced countless brochures and marketing materials for some of the world's largest superyachts and most exclusive private islands.

Clarke Cribb

Art Director

Clarke's previous experience spans from luxury experiential design working with brands such as Ferrari and Ralph Lauren to the luxury property sector. Within the property sector Clarke has been responsible for brand creation for commercial and residential property including the identity for St. Katharine Docks. Clarke combines all of his previous design experience and applies it to his most recent journey in the UHNW world to create compelling brand experiences.

Alexandra Tomline

Administration & Finance

Paul's wife of 23 years, Alexandra is responsible for the day-to-day administration and project organisation. Alexandra joined the team in 2014 after a long background in finance and business operation, she is an incredible asset and has a serious commitment to growing the business through service and results. Alexandra oversees all activity and is always looking to improve the W&R Studio’s offering to a loyal client base.

Mark Tomline

Production Manager

Over the last 25 years Mark has amassed a phenomenal amount of experience in the creative industry. His diverse set of skills include project management, creative digital and print design, web development, specialist packaging, photo manipulation and studio photography. Mark has a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail. Mark ensures the highest standards of creative excellence are maintained.

Simon Brown

Digital Development

With 24 years of tech and digital experience, Simon has a wide reach of expertise. New technologies and new ways to reach out and interact with an audience, either through dynamic, fully responsive websites, social media feeds, direct digital mailing or SEO, Simon has a knack for knowing what’s coming next and how to stay ahead of the game. Simon has worked alongside W&R since 2014.

Fiona Wilkins

Brand Creative Consultant

Fiona has directed shoots and created marketing campaigns for over 40 of the world’s largest megayachts and some of the most exclusive private islands in the most spectacular locations on the planet. Her experience in creative marketing and art direction within the superyacht world is unsurpassed.
Fiona has been immersed in the luxury lifestyle for over 25 years and gained unique insight and privileged access into the world of the ultra wealthy.
